Tai Chi with Patrick (Level 1)

Discover the power of Tai Chi—find balance, resilience, and inner peace whilst living with a chronic health condition in a fast-paced world. Join Patrick Han in an exercise series far beyond simple movement and master both mind and body through traditional martial arts practice. Patrick has over 25 years of experience in Tai Chi, Bagua Zhang, and Xingyi Quan, and has a personal connection to Parkinson’s disease through his father. The class aims to teach the skill of integrating the principles of Tai Chi’s graceful balance into your everyday routine.

Instructor bio:
Patrick Han is the founder of Serene Internal Arts, dedicated to helping individuals find balance, resilience, and peace through Tai Chi and coaching. With over 25 years of experience in Tai Chi, Bagua Zhang, and Xingyi, in addition to having a personal connection to PD through his father, Patrick blends Eastern internal arts with Western coaching methods to guide people on their journey to well-being and inner strength.
