Winter Social: Brain Games

March 26 @ 11:00 am - 12:00 pm PDT

Cognitive challenge plays an important role in supporting brain health for people living with Parkinson’s, and what better way to do this than in a fun, social setting? Join us for our Winter Social: Brain Games, a relaxed and engaging opportunity to connect with others in the Parkinson’s community while giving your brain a workout.

This social event is all about enjoyment, connection, and friendly challenges, with a variety of interactive brain games designed to stimulate thinking, spark conversation, and share a few laughs along the way.

The session will be led by Shelly Yu, PSBC’s neurophysiotherapist. Shelly brings extensive experience working with people living with Parkinson’s and other neurological conditions. You may also recognize her from several of Parkinson Society BC’s exercise programs.

Whether you join on your own or with a friend, this is a wonderful chance to connect, have fun, and support both brain health and community.

We look forward to seeing you there!
