As the year winds down, nurture your mind and body through Qi Gong with Parkinson Society BC! Learn simple tools to bring into your every day for calming stress and anxiety. Cultivate your health and wellbeing with the support of the healing movements and breaths from Qi Gong. This class is slow-paced and gentle on the body. All abilities welcome.

For more than 25 years, instructor Sandra has been a guide to help people remember that they have everything they need to nurture their five bodies – physical, mental, emotional, energy, and spiritual. Sandra founded Qi Tai Chi after teaching her first classes in a tiny studio in Japan. Using the principles of Tai Chi and Qi Gong, she feels privileged to guide people with varying physical challenges, stress from trauma, chronic pain, and those looking for a healthier way of being.
