Join us for our first-ever virtual communication and swallow workshop, led by registered speech-language pathologist Jasmine Cload. This session will focus on the communication and swallowing challenges commonly experienced by people with Parkinson’s disease.
We’re offering this workshop as part of our ongoing commitment to better serve remote and rural communities across British Columbia, where access to specialized programs like this is often limited.
Open to individuals currently experiencing these challenges, as well as those looking to address them proactively, this workshop incorporates clinically proven methods from Lee Silverman Voice Treatment® (LSVT) – a research-based approach shown to improve communication for people with Parkinson’s and other neurological conditions.
