That’s why we’re inviting you to take part in our Community Needs Survey 2026. This is your chance to tell us what’s working, what’s missing, and where we should focus our energy next. Your answers will guide our future priorities and help us evaluate how well our current programs and services are meeting the real needs of our community.
The survey takes about 10 minutes to complete, and we want to hear from everyone in our community including people living with Parkinson’s, carepartners/caregivers, and healthcare professionals who support them. Every perspective helps us build a fuller picture of what’s needed.
