Explore Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for Mental Health in Parkinson’s

Dates: March 4, 11, 18, 25 & April 1

Mental health challenges, such as anxiety and depression, are common for individuals living with Parkinson’s and can arise at any stage of the journey. Our virtual group Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a skills-based program designed to explore the connection between thoughts, moods, and behaviors.

Over five weekly sessions, participants will learn to:

  • Interpret experiences more positively
  • Identify and reframe negative thoughts
  • Develop practical coping strategies for Parkinson’s-related changes

Group CBT provides a safe space to normalize these experiences and an opportunity to connect with others facing similar challenges. Each session, group members will engage in group discussion and individual written reflection. Upon completion of the program participants will receive a certificate of completion in recognition for their CBT skill-building.

Please note that registrants will be contacted for screening before the first session. Carepartners are welcome to join.

Space is limited so register now to secure your spot!
