Kick off the fall season with our annual September Challenger! \nJoin Parkinson Society BC’s physiotherapist\, Shelly Yu\, for a dynamic\, circuit-style exercise class designed to challenge your strength\, balance\, coordination\, and stamina. \nPlease note: Participants must be able to walk and get on and off the floor independently. \n\n\n\n\n\nParkinson Society BC appreciates all gifts\, as they allow us to continue to offer programs people with Parkinson’s disease and their carepartners rely on. If you wish\, you can make a donation by entering an amount in the Additional Donation field. \n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nPlease note: Participation in the exercise programs listed below will be done at your own risk within your home. Please ensure you have the space needed to follow the exercises and that there are no obstacles or barriers in your way. The classes are meant for general information and usage only. They are not intended for and should not replace individualized medical advice and/or individualized assessments given to you by a healthcare professional. Please seek assessments/advice from an appropriate healthcare professional as needed.
