Join PSBC physiotherapist Shelly Yu for our annual April Challenger\, a dynamic circuit-style exercise class designed to boost your strength\, balance\, coordination\, and stamina. This fast-paced session is the perfect way to energize your body and start the month strong. \nParticipants must be able to walk independently. \n\n\n\n\n\nParkinson Society BC appreciates all gifts\, as they allow us to continue to offer programs people with Parkinson’s disease and their carepartners rely on. If you wish\, you can make a donation by entering an amount in the Additional Donation field. \n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nPlease note: Participation in the exercise programs listed below will be done at your own risk within your home. Please ensure you have the space needed to follow the exercises and that there are no obstacles or barriers in your way. The classes are meant for general information and usage only. They are not intended for and should not replace individualized medical advice and/or individualized assessments given to you by a healthcare professional.
