She believes in the transformative power of movement and play to bring joy and focus into our lives. \nPlease note: Participation in the exercise programs listed below will be done at your own risk within your home. Please ensure you have the space needed to follow the exercises and that there are no obstacles or barriers in your way. The classes are meant for general information and usage only.
