Researchers at the University of British Columbia (UBC) are recruiting people with Parkinson's, their carepartners as well as healthcare providers for a graduate research study on advance care planning (ACP) for end-of-life health care decisions. ACP may include important decisions regarding medications, treatment, artificial nutrution and hydration, hydration, mobility and cognition at end of life. 

Individuals may be eligible to take part in the study if they are a person with a diagnosis of Parkinson's disease (PD) or a carepartner of a person with PD. 

The study will involve up to two seperate 60 minute in-person interviews at a convenient location in Vancouver or the Greater Vancouver Regional District. Participants will receive a $10 gift card. 

This PhD dissertation study is funded by the Canadian Institute of Health Research (CIHR) and Parkinson Society Canada.
