We are looking for 5 patient volunteers for the PD Warrior workshop in Chilliwack on Saturday. September 21. Volunteers will be assessed by a physiotherapist/occupational therapist/exercise professional and participate in a group exercise class.

Requirements:

• Able to verbally communicate medical history
• Able to walk with or without an aid
• Experience physical symptoms that you'd like to work on
